Congratulations, Barb - You Are A Winner!

I enjoy posting my manifestations and have decided that I am going to do more of them.

I find that reading others’ stories of manifestations really helps me get into the “right feeling” place; it really brings it home how we can use the Law of Attraction to our benefit.

I intend to write my stories as soon as I can after they happen, so that I can more easily remember them, as well as the thought processes I had before they manifested into reality.

Here is today’s manifestation.

———————————————

The other day the family and I were going for a drive. We stopped at a gas station to get some gas.

As Dave filled the tank, I saw a young man sauntering - you know the saunter of older teen boys, right? - back to his vehicle. He was sporting a pair of long black shorts; on the side and front of one leg was splashed a bunch of dollar bills. Larger than “life size”.

I’d been thinking about our finances again, and took this as a sign from the Universe.

Hey, Barb! Wake up!! You’re at a gas station… run in and get a lotto ticket!

I quickly went through my wallet and found $2 worth of change, and decided to get a lotto ticket and a scratch ticket. Because when I tried to get clearer in the message, nothing was coming.

Guess that should have been a clear message there.

Anyway, the scratch ticket yielded nada. The lottery drawing was that night.

The next day, every time I thought about seeing if that ticket was a winner, I got nervous. What if it wasn’t a winner? That might mean that my guidance was not actually guidance, but wishful thinking.

So I waited until I could get into a better feeling place about the ticket. Checked my numbers, and (drumroll……) only had one number. It was the Powerball number, too, but not my Powerball number.

I didn’t win a thing.

Yes, I was disappointed. I realize that the money on the young man’s shorts is still a sign for me that more money is on its way. This just wasn’t the way.

I got to thinking about it this morning, and thought I might do a “treasure map” about being a winner. Not just for the lotto, but for sweepstakes, drawings, etc.

I started to think about what I’d put on there, which words specifically.

I imagined putting “you are a winner” and “congratulations” and showing me smiling, etc. It all felt really good!

Then I had to do some household stuff (the kids constantly need to be fed ) ) and promptly forgot all about it.

A few hours later my phone rang. The woman asked to speak to me, and when I told her she reached the right person, she said

Congratulations, Barb - You Are A Winner!

She went on to explain that I had won a drawing for one of several prizes from a simple little thing I had entered at my local library.

She raved and raved about it, and while I know my family will be more excited about it than I am, her positive energy just exuded through the phone!

I know this is just the beginning. I’m still going to do my treasure map, too. D

Thanks to William Couch for the use of his photo of lotto tickets.

Remember your power. Feel your power. Embrace your power.

All things are reality. Even if only one is imagining it, it is a reality in that the thought has been offered and someone, who has the ability to translate that vibration, will perceive it.
